Job responsibilities:
- Familiar with local seller BD, develop and run the mechanism to seller, contributing to executive level business review and planning.
- Identify Sellers’ pain points and opportunities through Seller research and data analysis.
- Partner with service providers to scale seller growth by driving adoption of assigned services.
- Build national and regional partnerships to drive awareness and conversion.
- Drive and consolidate campaigns, track and analyze campaigns performance.
Personal qualifications / competencies:
- 10+ years of BD experience in Brazil.
- 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Native or fluent English&Portuguese speaker, Mandarin is a plus.
- E-commerce & Fashion & FMCG industry background.
- Highly motivated with initiative, passion and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Team player, willing to share, goal-oriented.
