This position is perfect for someone with a background in recruiting or customer success, who is adept at facing customers and managing relationships. The ideal candidate will work independently with managers to qualify roles, liaise with vendors to meet staffing needs, and offer ongoing support and guidance throughout the recruitment process.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing requirements and define job specifications.
- Engage with external vendors to source contingent labor and make sure that they fulfill their needs quickly.
- Provide comprehensive recruitment support, from initial job qualification to final hiring, facilitating a seamless process for managers and candidates.
- Build effective relationships with hiring managers and external partners to understand and fulfill staffing needs.
- Track and report on recruitment activities, including vendor performance and staffing metrics.
- Ensure all recruitment practices comply with company policies and legal standards.
Qualifications:
- HR Experience (Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, or Customer Success).
- Excellent customer service and relationship management skills, capable of effectively interacting with managers and external partners.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Independent work ethic, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- High emotional intelligence, experience building relationships internally and externally
- Must have flexible availability to work any day and any hour of the week/weekends/public holidays.
