Focus in CRM management
- Update and maintain consumer database and ensure data integrity in the consumer database
- Conduct analysis and interpretation of data and propose report and actions
- Build evaluating, follow-up and forecasting model to plan CRM activities, monitor the results and provide relevant reports to amplify the impact of activities.
- Timely provide regular reports based on fully understanding of the business process to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the CRM team.
- Assist Manager and HQ team to develop and maintain CRM infrastructure
- Other tasks assigned by line manager
Competências e experiência desejadas
- University degree or above, major in administration or marketing.
- At least 2 years of CRM analysis working experience
- Independent, attentive to details, highly organized and good execution
- Good interpersonal, communication skills.
- Good command of English, French as a plus.
- Very good at computer knowledge of MS office. (Excel, PPT, etc.)
