Responsible for the design, development and selective delivery of cultural, sales, service, management trainings for the Greater China region.
- Delivers cultural, sales, service and management training
- Conducts training needs survey and relevant analysis
- Sets up budgets and plans annual training calendar with the Supervisor.
- Designs and develops training plans and programs based on training needs analysis
- Responsible for managing of training schedule and logistics arrangement.
- Any ad hoc duties as assigned by the Supervisor
Competências e experiência desejadas
- An understanding of basic retail business
- University degree holder, with at least 5 years’ experience in retail or management training field.
- Independent, attentive to details, highly organized and a team player
- Must have passion for training
- Intensive travels
- Proactive and innovative with excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Fluency in English and Mandarin.
- Well versed with MS office, especially Powerpoint.
