Administration & Finance Manager

Reporting directly to the General Manager, and functionally to the CFO, the position will be responsible for the administration, finance, tax and controlling of the company. Manage the administration of financial resources of the company, ensuring its growth and profitability, as well as supplying the general management with management information, supporting within strategical analysis and decision making. Manage planning information through billing data, cash flow, costs, expenses, to reporting. Monitors and performs planning of receipts and payments. Participate in the building and follow the evolution of the strategic guidelines of the company, to set budget, plans and goals. Responsible for coordinating the financial planning, treasury, collecting, controlling, auditing, accounting, payroll and IT, with the support of external accounting company and legal advisor. Managing, planning and controlling the activities related to the tax / tax issues. Perform the analysis and calculation of taxes and tax planning, ensuring the application of the tax / tax legislation.
Competências e experiência desejadas
•Strong knowledge of general administration, finance, controlling and tax subjects.
•Experience in managing bank relations, services and tools (amortization, loan, discount lines), external auditing.
•Strong contact with the production and warehouse. Cost controlling/reduction. Balance sheet reading. Reporting and company compliance.
•Accounting principles knowledge (IFRS).
•Previous experience in multinational manufacturing company.
•Solid experience in AFC area.
•Fluency in English (mandatory)
